How do I make changes or cancel an order?
Please email customerservice@blissfulwinx.com regarding cancellations and changes. We strive to send packages out as soon as possible or within three business days. If the order is en route, we kindly ask you to send back the unopened order for a refund.


How do I get a refund?
Our return policy is 30 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

We will notify you by email once we have received, inspected, and approved your return. You will receive a refund on your original payment method and to the person on the original order invoice. Please remember it can take up to a week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


How do I return a defective, damaged, or wrong item? 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@blissfulwinx.com.
Please send us a picture of the damaged product, your name, and your invoice number. Please let us know if you are requesting a refund or an exchange.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Clearance items and gift cards are final sales.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase.


Lost or stolen packages
Please email us as soon as possible.
Contact the postal company from your tracking information to process a claim. Please send the claim number to customerservice@blissfulwinx.com with your name and invoice number. We will investigate the issue and work on a solution as quickly as possible.


Which currency do you use to process orders?
We process orders in US Dollars, but we offer a currency converter option for your convenience.
